Oxfordshire Wedding Videography
Capturing the Spirit of Oxfordshire Weddings Through Timeless Film
Weddings in Oxfordshire hold a unique allure. Rolling countryside, historic manor houses, and elegant country estates provide the perfect backdrop for celebrations that are as refined as they are deeply personal. As an Oxfordshire wedding videographer, I craft bespoke wedding films that bring these surroundings to life while staying focused on what truly matters — you, your story, and the emotions of the day.
With years of experience filming across Oxfordshire, the UK and beyond to Europe, I bring an editorial eye and a fine art sensibility to each wedding I film. My films are emotive and timeless, weaving cinematic storytelling with subtle details that reflect your love story. Oxfordshire is rich with inspiration, from the grandeur of Blenheim Palace and Mapledurham Estate, to the intimacy of Tythe Barn and the romance of Cornwell Manor. Each venue offers something different, and my role is to create a wedding film that captures not just what it looked like, but what it felt like.
What Makes My Oxfordshire Wedding Films Unique
When you invite me to capture your wedding, you’re not booking a supplier — you’re choosing someone who will immerse themselves in the rhythm of your day. My wedding films are not simply recordings of events- they are thoughtfully and intentionally constructed stories designed to reflect your personalities, your connection, and the atmosphere of your celebration.
My editorially-inspired bespoke wedding films are the perfect match for modern, fashion-forward and discerning couples who believe, like me, that their film should tell the emotional story of their entire journey that has led them to that day. They are looking for a high-end, bespoke and personalised experience from their wedding videography- something I pride myself on providing.
Oxfordshire offers a wealth of visual inspiration: sweeping estates with perfectly kept gardens, intimate village churches steeped in history, and barns filled with rustic charm. There are so many iconic venues in this beautiful county which provide the perfect canvas on which to paint the story of your wedding day. What makes my approach unique is how I combine these settings with your own story- I don’t follow templates or formulaic edits; instead, every film I produce is bespoke to the couple in front of me.
Your Oxfordshire wedding film will blend cinematic composition, elegant storytelling, and refined sound design crafted from the moments you share with your family and friends. The result is a film that feels alive — something you’ll revisit for decades and still feel transported back to every smile, laugh, and embrace.
I often say to my couples that you don’t watch my films, you feel them.
“When we received our video from Luke, I sobbed like a baby. It was romantic, magical and overall just pure love.
We feel so honoured to have Luke at our wedding and would recommend him at any chance we get. It really is over and above what we expected and we feel so much love being able to share Luke's work with our nearest people
Thank you for making it possible to relive the love from our day, over and over again.”

Why Oxfordshire Weddings Inspire Me as a Videographer
There’s something special about filming weddings in Oxfordshire. I’ve been fortunate in my career as a professional wedding videographer to film countless stories all across the UK & Europe, however Oxfordshire remains one of my favourite locations to film in.
This is a county of contrast: vast open countryside set against refined architecture, historic estates alongside contemporary venues. Venues like Hedsor House exude grandeur, while Bourton Hall offers timeless elegance and Mapledurham Estate comes with a secluded and intimate vibe. The intimacy of Newington House feels worlds apart from the sweeping presence of Blenheim Palace, yet each shares the ability to become the perfect canvas for your story.
What inspires me most is the way Oxfordshire couples bring together tradition and individuality. Some choose black-tie soirées in stately homes, while others opt for outdoor ceremonies under centuries-old trees. For me as a filmmaker, these choices provide endless opportunities to create something personal and cinematic. Oxfordshire’s diversity ensures that no two weddings are ever the same — and no two films should be either.
My approach is calm, discreet, and highly intentional. I have a mantra of putting people first and keeping cameras second.
I work in a way that allows you to stay fully immersed in your day, without ever feeling staged or interrupted. The biggest day of your life isn’t a film set, nor should it feel like one. With my vast experience filming weddings all over the UK at a huge variety of different venues, I know when to step back and let a natural moment unfold whilst I also have the confidence to step forward, offering creating direction and collaboration to create visually striking imagery. It’s this unique blend that gives my work it’s signature editorial and fine art style.
From our first conversation, I take time to understand you as a couple: what excites you about your wedding, what details matter most, and what emotions you want reflected in your film. I love to build trust and rapport with my couples- that way they feel like I am another friend at their wedding, they forget about the cameras and most importantly, they allow me into their lives to explore and tell their unique story.
On the day itself, I blend seamlessly into your celebration, always present yet never intrusive. I work closely with wedding planners and venue co-ordinators to ensure your day runs smoothly and that we make it the best it can be for you. My goal is to be everywhere and nowhere- capturing the moments you don’t even know are happening and intentionally curating the visually striking moments you’ll adore for a lifetime.
After the wedding, I carefully craft your bespoke film in a way that reflects both the beauty of Oxfordshire and the essence of your connection. My films are narrative based, which places the emphasis on your story- there are no cookie-cutter films here. You are unique, your wedding is unique, so your film should be too.
Couples often tell me that beyond receiving a wedding film, they valued the reassurance of knowing their memories were in safe hands and how natural it felt working with me on the day. That peace of mind is as much a part of my service as the film itself is and why, as a videographer that places an emphasis of putting you first, I often remain friends with my couples long after their special day is over.
The Experience of Working With Me
“Luke has really made the way we will look back on that day so much more meaningful to us.
His unique way of story-telling and working with the speeches and candid moments throughout the day is fantastic.
I have had countless friends and family say that ours is the best wedding video and that they’ve never seen anything like it.”

The Benefits of Choosing a Photo and Video Team
For couples hosting a wedding in Oxfordshire’s grand venues, choosing a team that provides both photography and videography ensures a seamless experience. By offering both, I remove the need for you to coordinate between two separate suppliers. My team and I share a unified editorial approach and vision, working together in harmony so that your story is told consistently across both film and photography in an elegant and beautiful fine art style.
My photography and videography options are perfect for couples looking to maximise the coverage on their wedding day, who also value a synergy between their films and photos. Working with my photography associate under my creative direction, we capture your day in my signature editorial style. In post-production I then curate both your photos and films, creating an aesthetic synergy between them that is unparalleled.
This is particularly beneficial for large-scale weddings or multi-day celebrations, where multiple shooters may be required. My team can cover simultaneous events — from bridal preparations at one location to guests arriving at another — without you needing to worry about anything being missed. This is of particular benefit when working with wedding planners as it removes the complexity- one point of contact, one creative vision, maximum impact.
The advantage for you is not only practical but also artistic. When photo and film are created by the same team, the style, tone, and storytelling align perfectly. The result is a complete visual archive of your wedding, both in timeless stills and in cinematic motion, designed to be treasured for generations. If you are a couple who value your experience working with your photographer and videographer, who also wants stylish editorially-inspired photos and film, then my combination options are perfect for you.
Your wedding film should be as timeless and unique as your celebration. If you’re planning your wedding in Oxfordshire and are searching for a videographer who can create something cinematic, emotive, and bespoke to you, I’d love to hear from you.
Due to the bespoke nature of my work I only take on a limited number of wedding commissions per year in order to dedicate the proper amount of time to each couple and their story, so getting in touch early is always advised.
Enquire today to begin the conversation, and together we can craft a wedding film that captures not only the beauty of Oxfordshire but the very essence of your love story.
