WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY IN SUSSEX
Your wedding will move quickly: the nervous excitement before the ceremony, the people who have travelled to be there, the words said during speeches that you will want to hear again. I create cinematic wedding films across Sussex that hold onto those things- not just how the day looked, but the energy, emotion and personality that made it yours.
From elegant country house celebrations to intimate gatherings, each film is built around the real atmosphere of the day: thoughtfully shot, story-led and made to become more meaningful with time.

CINEMATIC WEDDING FILMS IN SUSSEX
A Wadhurst Castle wedding film, built around the people who made the day unforgettable.
Set against the character and grounds of Wadhurst Castle, this film follows a celebration with real warmth, energy and intention. Rather than simply documenting the schedule, it is shaped around the voices, glances, laughter and moments that gave the day its meaning.
Cinematic in its craft but honest in its feeling, it is a film designed to take you back- not only to how everything looked, but to what it felt like to be surrounded by your favourite people.

TELLING UNIQUE STORIES
Sussex wedding films, shaped by people and place.
Sussex offers an extraordinary range of wedding settings- from the timeless character of Wadhurst Castle to the elegance of Balcombe Place and the woodland romance of The Ravenswood. But a beautiful venue is only part of the story. The film should feel like the particular day that unfolded there: the people in the room, the pace of the celebration and the moments you may not have seen for yourself.
That is why I do not arrive with a formula to impose on the day. I take time to understand what matters to you, work calmly around the rhythm of the celebration, and make considered creative choices without pulling you away from it. The result is polished and cinematic, but never overworked- a film with real character, made around yours.
FILMING WEDDINGS ACROSS SUSSEX
Local knowledge that protects the flow of your day.
Having filmed at Wadhurst Castle, Balcombe Place, The Ravenswood and Brookfield Barn, I know that familiarity is useful only when it makes the experience better for you.
It means I can arrive prepared, work closely with your planner and other suppliers, and make the most of the setting without turning your wedding into a production.
I am thinking ahead about the light, the spaces that will work beautifully on camera, where sound needs particular care and how to create time for portraits without taking you away from your guests. That preparation leaves room for what cannot be planned: the laughter, the nerves, the spontaneous reactions and the atmosphere that makes a film feel alive.
CINEMATIC WEDDING FILMS WITH FEELING
Made to bring you back, not simply show you what happened.
The value of your wedding film deepens with time.
Long after the flowers have gone and the details have softened in memory, you should still be able to hear the voices, see the people you love as they were, and feel the room come back to life.
That is why sound, story and pace matter as much as the visuals. The vows, speeches, laughter and small exchanges are woven together with the cinematic moments, so the finished film feels immersive rather than like a sequence of highlights. Beautiful to watch now; meaningful to return to for the rest of your lives.
“The cinematic way in which he films and edits all his wedding videos was just a perfect fit for us. For most of the time we forgot we were even being filmed, so we were truly ourselves without any nervousness!
His professionalism, care and general gentle persona leaves you at ease throughout the entire process and the finished product was truly incredible.”

YOUR SUSSEX WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
A calm, considered presence on the day.
How it feels to be filmed matters.
The strongest moments are rarely created by asking you to perform; they happen when you are fully present with the people around you. My approach is calm, discreet and attentive- giving gentle direction when it helps, then stepping back when the moment is already happening.
From the first conversation through to final delivery, the aim is simple: for you to feel looked after, never managed. You can enjoy as the day unfolds, knowing its energy, detail and emotion are being captured with care.
“Incredible is one word that sums up our experience with Luke as our Wedding Videographer.
